Welcome to Cwmcarn Paragon Cycling Club

Manned by an affable bunch of bikies, you can normally find us every Thursday evening in our club house discussing rides past and future. During the winter months the club house becomes a hive of activity, with members taking time to catch up with each other in a social setting, and settle old scores with a game of pool..

During the summer months the first half of a Thursday evening is set aside for the club 10 mile time trial series... so, even if you don't feel like riding it's always good to remind yourself how people look after they've been swinging on the 53x11!!
