Welcome to Cwmcarn Paragon Cycling Club
Manned by an affable bunch of bikies, you can normally find us every Thursday evening in our club house discussing rides gone by, or planning future rides. During the winter months the club house becomes a hive of activity, with members taking time to catch up with each other in a social setting.
During the summer months the first half of a Thursday evening is set aside for the club 10 mile time trial series... so, even if you don't feel like riding it's always good to remind yourself how people look after they've been swinging on the 53x11!!

4up Team Time Trials - Last call for entries
We are planning on entering 2 team time trials - Cwmcarn Paragon 4up TTT, R25/3H - 9/6/12 - 3pm Start. Port Talbot Wheelers 4up TTT, R25/3H - 21/6/12 - 6pm Start. Both cost £32 for team of 4 (£8 each). If you are interested please bring a completed CTT entry form with you to the club on Thursday (10th May). We also require marshals to help out at our event, so if you can help out please let us know.
Noel Jones Road Race 2012
Cwmcarn Paragon / Dudleys Shopfitters Cycling Club, promoted the 7th edition of the Noel Jones Memorial Road Race, covering 105kms, on a demanding undulating circuit around Three Cocks, in the Brecon Beacons, on Sunday 15th April.

Why join?
Lonely weekend rides will become a thing of the past, check the club run page on the site for more information on routes, distances etc. Sunday rides are good humoured and well paced, those looking to get some additional steady state miles under their belt can do so by partaking in the Saturday ride which departs Goldcroft Common in Caerleon at 10.00am
